Maximum of 3 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Must pay pet fee and pet rent per office for all animals (per pet charges apply). Pet charges are per each animal. Management reserves the right of refusal of any animal. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to): Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow Chow, Terriers (Staffordshire), Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. Animals with a predominant physical characteristics of one of the above breeds are also prohibited.  Pet Fee of $450 and an additional $25 monthly, per pet.
